BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

So much the groups, as individual people, have to complete a series of requirements and to follow a process to formalize the reservation in advance or" in situ":

• Groups 15 or more people. Request in writing, by email or fax the request indicating the number of people, organization, telephone, email ... In case of availability will be sent a contract, which will formalize and let us know. Read the terms of the contract to confirm it.
• Individual or groups of less than 15 people. Fill out the online form for booking.

Booking conditions:

• You must present your YHA membership card upon arrival, or the youth card (Gazte-Txartela).
• (IMPORTANT) Indicate the number of men and women who compose the group. The rooms are spread by sex, exceptionally be mixed in the case of groups, depending on availability.
• The reservation must be made with at least 10 days in advance.
