Cristina Iglesias

Born in Donostia / San Sebastian, Cristina Iglesias contributes a renewed conception of the sculpture practice. Her search for poetic and symbolic compromise between works and space, is always materialised in an aesthetic, visual and dynamic display.

Her work is found in important public and private collections, like the Museo Reina Sofía, Madrid; Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris; Tate Modern, London; Museo de Serralves, Oporto; MOCA, Los Angeles; Hirshorn Museum, Washington; Museo Guggenheim, Bilbao; MACBA, Barcelona; Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven; Kunsthalle Bern, Berna; and Museo de Grenoble, among others.

She has made individual exhibitions in national and international museums like: Stedelijk Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven; Solomon R.
